Kynar and Anodized Panels
Aluminum
Panels
Alclad is High Standard's trade name for the
many kinds of finished aluminum panels that
we fabricate at our factory in Jaffrey.
These panels consist of a painted or
anodized aluminum face, laminated to a
substrate, insulation (if required), and
back material.
High Standard
uses several coil coated Kynar sheet
suppliers, including PAC-CLAD (Petersen Aluminum),
UNACLAD (Firestone Metal Products), ATAS, and Alcoa
Cladding. Each of these suppliers offers a
diverse range of color options. We encourage
you to take a look at these options to
determine which might be most suitable for
your application.

Please
remember that actual colors are likely to
vary from the display, and not all colors
are available In all sizes and finishes.
We fabricate these panels in our
factory with automated laminating
equipment. Heated adhesive is
applied to each surface by a
four-gun reciprocal spray system in
the exact thickness required,
accomplishing positive, even
coverage. Lamination is performed by
a 100 pound-per-square-inch rotary
pinch roller to provide a high
strength bond.
The various types of materials
available can be fabricated in
whatever combination and thickness
needed to make up insulated panels
(from 5/8" to 4" in thickness) or
1/4" veneer panels.
Finishes
We stock the following types
of finishes for both single-face
and double-face panels. Other
metal thicknesses are also
available:
~ Coil-coated Kynar on .032
or .040 aluminum ~ Coil-coated Kynar on 26
gauge. steel ~ Bronze or White Polyester
on .022 aluminum ~ Clear and Bronze Anodized
on .032 aluminum
Substrates
Substrates for insulated
panels include tempered
hardboard, cement board,
corrugated plastic, hard
plastic, or fire-rated gypsum
(1/2" or 5/8") and for 1/4"
veneer panels either tempered
hardboard or cement board.

Insulation
The various types of rigid
insulation available are
polyisocyanurate, polystyrene,
or fesco board. Polyisocyanurate
(Iso) has the highest R-value
but is the most expensive,
polystyrene is the least
expensive, and fesco is used
when an incombustible insulation
is required.
Back Sheets
The panel back sheet can be
any one of the face sheet
finishes, or if single face,
.010 mill finish aluminum, 24
gauge Galvaneel (paintable), or
.022 paintable aluminum.
Thicknesses
We can make panels from
3/16" to over 4" thick.
Panel Sizes
Panels are made to your
exact field dimensions at no
extra charge.
Accessories
Touch-up Paint and moldings
for 1/4" panels.
Pricing
Due to the number of
variables, each job must be
individually priced. Contact us
to provide your sizes and
quantities and we will get back
to you immediately with prices.

We try to maintain a
lead-time for small orders of
two weeks or less, sooner if
needed. We deliver all New
