Our insulated wall and spandrel panels are energy efficient and provide a cost effective alternative to other building solutions. Insulated panels offer a wide range of materials and thicknesses to meet the energy design requirements for your projects. Curtain wall, window and spandrel panel projects can be custom designed to provide the best in both insulation and aesthetic appearance.

Insulation
Insulation materials include:
- polystyrene – Least expensive
- polyisocyanurate – Best R-value
- mineral fiber board – incombustible

Substrates
Veneer panels are normally 1/4" in thickness utilizing tempered hardboard or cement board as a single substrate.

Insulated panels range from 9/16" to 4" or more in thickness with hardboard, cement board, or plastic substrates:

- Tempered hardboard – least expensive
- Cement board – water resistant and impact resistant
- Corrugated plastic – water resistant & light weight, but poor impact resistance
- Solid plastic – water resistant
- Gypsum – Used as a back substrate to meet state fire codes.

Fabrication
Most orders are produced cut-to-size after field dimensions are provided. This eliminates field cutting and in most cases is more cost effective than ordering stock sizes.
