Ceramicsteel Panels - Color options
Ceramicsteel is Alliance America's trade name for its porcelain-on-steel finishes. High Standard has been producing Ceramicsteel panels for Alliance since the mid-1970s. For decades Ceramicsteel has been the architecturally preferred finish for window replacement projects in schools, hospitals, and offices because of its excellent durability and graffiti resistance. We produce a variety of Ceramicsteel panels in our Jaffrey factory with automated laminating equipment. Heated adhesive is applied to each surface by a four-gun reciprocal spray system in the exact thickness required accomplishing positive, even coverage. Lamination is performed by a 100 pound-per-square-inch rotary pinch roller to provide a high-strength bond.
